The Operations and Management of Non-Intrusive Inspection (NII) Equipment (Cargo Scanners) is another area in which LUMINA RST has expertise to deliver on. We have very well-trained staff in Image Analysis and in the provision of basic and Level 1 Preventive and Corrective Maintenance on the scanner and structures. LUMINA also provides Technical Assistance in the initial building and installation of new Scanner sites and in providing training for operational staff as well as helping integrate the operations of the Scanner into existing Cargo Management Systems through process redesign.
Additionally, LUMINA can provide training for staff of Customs and Service Providers who are desirous to undertake the operations and management of these NII equipment by themselves.
